Job Title: Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Functional Consultant (India)

Job Description
- 5+ years of relevant expertise in HCM Cloud, with at least two end-to-end project implementations under your belt
- Must have Strong Functional Experience in HCM Cloud Core HR, Absence & Payroll, and PaaS (Configuration, Solution, and Support)
- Demonstrable experience working in Payroll Legislation for the United Kingdom (in particular Pensions, Calculation Cards, Taxable Benefits)
- Ability to write Fast Formulas in the cloud
- Ability to create new absence plans (including occupational plans)
- Strong knowledge of Securities and Workflows
- Good understanding of the HCM Business Processes
- Significant expertise with requirements, solutions, estimation, support issues, demonstration, and escalation
- Solid experience in functional design documentation and end-to-end functional testing
- Ability to understand HCM Integration & Reporting requirements and solutions to them
- Should have worked on an Offshore - Onsite Delivery Model
- Should be able to query the data for analysis and debugging
- Open, manage and resolve Oracle Service Requests with Oracle Support
- Support and maintain Oracle Upgrades
- Experience of Redwood transformation is a plus

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA:
Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews, and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects. These will be clearly communicated, documented during the first 30 days of your joining.
