Role: Senior Software Engineer, iOS

At Biofourmis, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer, iOS to join our dynamic engineering team. As a Senior Software Engineer, iOS, you will play a crucial role in the development lifecycle, from conceptualization to implementation, ensuring the highest level of quality in our mobile applications.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product and engineering teams from ideation to product delivery.
Design, develop, and maintain high-quality iOS applications using Swift and SwiftUI
Integrate Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) functionality into our mobile applications
Utilize Git for version control and collaboration.
Manage dependencies using CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager (SPM)
Architect and develop reusable frameworks and pods
Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following design principles and patterns
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback
Stay up to date with the latest iOS development trends and technologies
Work closely with QA engineers to ensure robust testing and bug resolution
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our development processes and methodologies

Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience in iOS development
Proficiency in Swift and SwiftUI
Strong understanding of Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) integration
Experience with Git for version control
Familiarity with dependency management using CocoaPods and Swift Package Manager (SPM)
Ability to write clean, modular, and well-documented code
Knowledge of design principles and software design patterns
Experience in creating reusable frameworks and pods is a plus
Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON data handling
Experience with local persistence frameworks like Realm or CoreData
Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
Effective communication and collaboration skills
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment is preferred
