THE ROLE 📝
You will join one of three engineering teams in Form3’s US business line, with each team developing a US gateway product (FedNow, Fedwire, TCH RTP). Reporting into the Lead Engineer for the project, and with the support from our Staff Engineers, Technical Architect and SRE, you will play a significant part in building critical products that we believe will change the way the US makes payments!
On a day-to-day basis, you will contribute to functional build, design and testing, manage and extend our infrastructure and support the daily product operations as part of the on-call rotation. US gateways are built on top of Form3’s cutting-edge multicloud platform and are in advance stages of development, ready to onboard first customers. As a Senior Software Engineer in one of gateway teams, you will play a crucial role in making it happen.

THE TEAM 👥
The USA business line consists of 14 engineers distributed across 3 teams. We are spread across multiple time zones in Europe and the Americas and therefore we heavy rely on and value asynchronous communication. We give engineers autonomy to choose the right solutions for the problems they face and drive technical design. We encourage collaboration, make key decisions as a group and own our solutions end-to-end. We also keep close relationships with our Product colleagues who are domain experts in US payments. Our current focus is to complete functional build and prepare for Form3’s US products’ go-lives, targeted for 2025 – we are excited to show our products to the world soon!
