Technical Skills
- Strong competency in Ruby, and Ruby on Rails
- Experience and interest in building a practical design system and modern server-side frontend
- Experience with PostgreSQL and other relational databases
- Familiarity with background processing frameworks like Sidekiq
- AWS (or other cloud services), infrastructure as code, and CI/CD
- Understanding of web application security, observability, and a lot of other things about building and operating software and services

- The anticipated annual base salary range for this role is $180,000-$200,000. Actual compensation and title will be commensurate with experience, qualifications, knowledge, and skills.
