Appfire is looking for a Senior software engineer who can align with the following goals.
1. Deliver High-Quality Software: Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets business requirements and user needs.
2. Mentor Team Members: Guide and support junior developers to help them grow technically and professionally.
3. Improve Development Processes: Continuously optimize the software development lifecycle to boost productivity and quality.
4. Ensure Security Best Practices: Integrate security measures into development to protect applications and data.
5. Collaborate Effectively: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
6. Continuous Learning: Stay updated on new technologies and practices to drive innovation and improve solutions.
7. Optimize Performance: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks to ensure efficient and responsive systems.
8. Drive Code Quality: Promote best practices in coding, version control, and testing across the team.
You will report to the Engineering Manager and be a member of the Publishing team (engineering).
You can choose to work from any location across India. Requires to travel whenever there are events planned at or outside the Hyderabad office.
