About the Role
We’re looking for a Senior Software Engineer (Full Stack) to join our dynamic and collaborative engineering team in Australia. While this is a full-stack role, the focus is primarily on backend development, leveraging technologies like AWS, Node.js, and TypeScript to create systems that are secure, performant, and built to last.
You’ll work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment where you’ll take ownership of projects, contribute to platform health, and mentor others to elevate the team’s technical capability.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain backend-driven full-stack solutions using TypeScript, Node.js, and React. Build secure, scalable, and reliable cloud-native systems on AWS, using services such as Lambda and CloudFormation.
- Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis to power our systems.
- Develop and maintain continuous delivery pipelines using tools like Buildkite or TeamCity.
- Focus on delivering outcomes for our customers while ensuring operational excellence.
- Mentor and coach team members to uplift the engineering discipline within the team.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, navigating uncertainty with confidence and clarity.

- Extensive experience with TypeScript and Node.js for backend development
