- Participate in the team meetings and help shape how and what we deliver
- Work on user stories that make an impact on our product
- Pair with and mentor other engineers
- Being an active collaborator in technical decision making
- Review others' PRs
- Give feedback on our way of working to improve our processes
- Can solve hard technical challenges (React, TypeScript and others...)
- Experience with SSR (NextJS is a nice to have)
- Ability to tackle complex problems and break them down to smaller executable tasks
- Have experience with frontend testing libraries (at least one)
- Is interested in the product and how the features and stories are planned
