We are building world-class Knowledge Management solutions leveraging the power of the cloud and Gen AI. We have KM solutions for our Sales, Service and Product businesses. The ideal candidate will work closely with the architect to design, develop, implement and support of key Coveo/Knowledge Management features for the B2B businesses.
The role will involve/participate in improving the effectiveness and efficiency of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform and ensure successful delivery of business capabilities. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with the Enterprise Search and Analytics software preferrably Coveo on Microsoft Dynamics.
Key responsibilities include, but not limited to
Able to work on multiple projects and initiatives with different/competing timelines and demands.
Work with limited direction, usually within a complex environment, to drive delivery of solutions and meet service levels.
Coordinate with other developers and stakeholders regarding status, technical issues and creative solutions.
Comfortable working with both technical and business staff, and flexible in working on a wide variety of tasks spanning the full application development life cycle and maintenance.
Work closely with various IT and business stakeholders to drive and/or facilitate development of requirements, specifications, and use cases for assigned projects.
Implement best development practices for efficiency like leveraging re-use, eliminating duplicative components, efficient architectural design.
Create documentation and procedures while maintaining best practices and following Visa's methodology for development, installation, and maintenance.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
