Senior Software Engineer (Appway) - Process Automation

We are seeking for an experienced Appway Developer to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Business Process Automation (BPA) solutions in Appway as well as level 3 production support. You will work closely with the project team to identify automation opportunities, develop automation solutions, and ensure successful implementation and maintenance of BPA projects.

These are some of exciting tasks awaiting you:

• Analyse, design, develop, and maintain BPA solutions, as well as production level 3 support that meet business needs and requirements.
• Work closely with stakeholders to identify automation opportunities and prioritize BPA workflows.
• Create and maintain technical documentation for BPA solutions.
• Develop and implement tests to ensure the quality and stability of BPA solutions.
• Stay up to date with emerging BPA technologies and best practices.
• Contribute to the definition of requirements.
• Corrective and evolutive maintenance.
• Ensure the correct methodology is used during development.
• Work together as a team member and delivering value to the projects.
• Think outside of the box to create innovative solutions using automation principles and technologies.

A mix of the following is the person we are looking for:

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 2-years minimum proven experience in Appway in the banking industry.
• Experience in Java and Oracle SQL are a plus but not a must
• Experience in web technologies like RESTful APIs, JSON, and XML.
• Experience in agile software development methodologies.
• Experience in designing, developing, testing, and deploying automated workflows and processes.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation in English. 
• Solid communication and collaboration skills to work with team members and stakeholders in English.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• A continuous-learning mindset, keeping up to date with the latest technologies and trends in the Hyperautomation field.
