The Senior Software Analyst and Designer will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of software design and development, including coding, testing, and deployment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage complex software development projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and continuously improve upon existing systems to enhance efficiency and performance.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, from planning to deployment
- Develop custom software solutions based on client requirements
- Manage a team of developers and meet project deadlines
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of technology solutions
- Work closely with clients to identify business needs and develop effective software solutions
- Continuously assess and improve current software systems
- Follow established coding standards and best practices
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer information systems or related field
- Experience 8 years in system analysis and design using Microsoft .NET.
- Experience in analyzing information, general programming skills & software design. - Experience converting from monolithic to microservices is plus. - Experience in web applications development programming using .NET / C#. - Experience with ASP.NET MVC and Web Forms. - Experience in object oriented programming and Design Pattern. - Experience in software development using Microsoft .NET Core. - Experience in agile scrum. - Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps. - Experience with GIT source control. - Must have problem solving skills. - Must have analytical skills. - Must have communications skills. - Carries out other job related duties as required by the team leader, head of systems and application, information and communications technology department head. - Experience in Microsoft Visio.
