Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement the overall social media strategy.
• Lead and mentor the social media team, providing guidance and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing and
business goals.
• Manage and optimize social media campaigns to drive engagement and growth.
• Oversee content creation and ensure consistency with brand voice and guidelines.
• Analyze and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to innovate and improve social media efforts.
• Manage relationships with external partners, influencers, and agencies.
• Ensure all social media activities comply with legal and ethical standards.
