At Shield AI, you’ll be part of a mission-driven team that’s revolutionizing how applied artificial intelligence supports critical operations.  As a Senior SharePoint Engineer, you’ll be at the heart of building and optimizing our SharePoint environment within Azure Government. You’ll play a pivotal role in enhancing collaboration, streamlining workflows, and ensuring compliance with stringent DoD security standards. Your work will help empower teams across Shield AI to achieve operational excellence and create a safer, more secure world.  What you'll do:
  • Design, develop, and maintain secure SharePoint, Teams and Power BI solutions in Azure. 
  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Implement and optimize workflows using Power Automate, PowerApps, custom web parts, and system integrations. 
  • Ensure compliance with DoD security standards and best practices. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers while maintaining system documentation and processes. 
  • Continuously improve the SharePoint environment by staying current with emerging technologies. 
  • Manage SharePoint helpdesk tickets. 
  • Required qualifications:
  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
  • You have at least 5 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. 
  • You are proficient in Power Automate, PowerApps, PowerShell, and related tools. 
  • You are knowledgeable about DoD security standards and compliance requirements. 
  • You excel in problem-solving and have strong attention to detail. 
  • You can obtain and maintain a security clearance if required. 
  • Preferred qualifications:
  • Microsoft Teams administration.
  • Power BI administration.
