Zoox is looking for a ServiceNow Developer to own the technical implementation strategy and participate in product roadmap development. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with the platform owner, ensuring alignment of technical solutions with business objectives as we roll out ServiceNow to Zoox Crew.
This role demands a deep understanding of ServiceNow, with strong Now platform knowledge with an emphasis on ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, third-party integrations, flow designer, and application development. Additionally, this role requires someone who has experience implementing ServiceNow from the ground up while driving platform adoption and trust through successful product releases.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team of ServiceNow development-focused individuals
- Establish and enforce platform development governance framework for internal and external teams
- Act as a technical lead for the platform
- Collaborate closely with the platform owner to design, develop, and refine ServiceNow functionalities, and ensure the platform performs seamlessly and meets business needs
- Engage with stakeholders to create technical requirements documentation, and deliver consistent support
- Dedicate time for continuous learning to remain updated with new ServiceNow modules and features, adapting to the company’s growth trajectory
- Communicate technical information effectively to a wide variety of audiences at all organizational levels
Qualifications:
- 8 years of experience working with ServiceNow or similar tooling with at least 5 years being in a technical architecture / design capacity
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow solutions and implementation strategies
- Subject matter expert in multiple modules including ITSM, ITOM, IntegrationHub, HAMPro, and SAMPro
- Leadership capabilities and third-party vendor management experience
- Certifications required include: Certified System Administrator and Certified Application Developer
Bonus Qualifications:
- Certified Technical Architect, Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM, HAM, or Discovery
Compensation
There are three major components to compensation for this position: pay, Amazon Restricted Stock Units (RSUs), and Zoox Stock Appreciation Rights. The pay range for this position is $193,000 to $243,000. A sign-on bonus may be offered as part of the compensation package. Compensation will vary based on geographic location and level. Leveling, as well as positioning within a level, is determined by a range of factors, including, but not limited to, a candidate's relevant years of experience, domain knowledge, and interview performance. The pay range listed in this posting is representative of the range of levels Zoox is considering for this position.
