Senior ServiceNow Consultant

As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant, you'll report to the ServiceNow Product Owner and be a key member of our ServiceNow Platform team. Your focus will be on enhancing the value of our ServiceNow investment through leading improvement initiatives, translating business and technical requirements into effective solutions, and guiding technical governance and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, test, and maintain ServiceNow components and workflows, ensuring alignment with business needs and user training.
  • Configure modules and design integrations with enterprise applications.
  • Collaborate on platform operating models and ensure solutions are cyber-security compliant and cost-effective.
  • Drive automation, optimize data integration, and support platform governance.
  • Work with various teams to manage platform reliability, provide documentation, and mentor colleagues.
  • Engage with stakeholders to document requirements, manage tasks, and contribute to project success.
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow expertise, with experience in translating business needs into ServiceNow solutions.
  • ServiceNow certifications (e.g., Certified Technical Architect or Certified System Administrator) preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and ITIL Certification highly regarded.

Skills/Experience:

  • Technical proficiency in ServiceNow administration, development, or architecture.
  • Experience in IT Service Management and enterprise infrastructure.
  • Strong problem-solving, documentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage complex projects in a regulated environment.
  • You should be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of delivering scalable and secure solutions.

Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizen with a Baseline or higher level Australian Security Clearance.
