Performs various administrative and analytical tasks in one or more business support functions within the organization, such as facilities planning, office/administrative logistics, property management, purchasing, and security.
Handles tasks related to the control of company and/or government property assigned to the organization.
Coordinates facilities planning activities, including organizing the storage and movement of furniture, systems, and equipment.
Acts as a facility security officer to ensure compliance with company, customer, and government security regulations and procedures.
Provides technical assistance to computer users, resolving computer problems and answering questions in person, via telephone, or electronically.
Assists with the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.
Participates in special projects as required.
Requirements
Required Experience: Candidate must have a senior level designation with over 10 years of experience in performing duties as described in the functional description. Knowledge of computer equipment, Navy Marine Corps Intranet (NMCI), and SIPRNET is mandatory.
Desired Experience: Minimum of ten (10) years of experience is desired in working with multiple IT resources, software, database management, or server maintenance. Familiarity with pertinent work processes and procedures, as well as computer programming practices and system software, is highly desired.
