Here’s a fantastic growth opportunity in our team to step into a Senior Service Desk Analyst role!
As a senior analyst, you'll support the team and assist your leader, with the daily run, ensuring we meet our contractual commitments. No two days will be the same as you’ll be constantly thinking outside of the box to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the most efficient and effective customer service, possible!
