Here’s an opportunity to step into a Senior Service Desk Analyst role! As a senior analyst, you'll look after tier 2 resolutions being a point of contact to our biggest clients. No two days will be the same as you’ll be constantly thinking outside of the box to troubleshoot and resolve issues, ensuring the most efficient and effective customer service, possible! If you’re looking for somewhere to develop your technical support skills within a great culture, then this is the role for you!
What you’ll bring
Your verbal and written communication skills are the key to your success in this role. You’ll have at least 2 years experience in level 1 technical support, and you’ll love helping people with your effective communication skills.
