Join HUED as a Senior Service Design Consultant!
We’re on the lookout for an experienced Senior Service Design Consultant who’s passionate about enhancing our client services and customer experience. At HUED, you’ll be a key figure in our dynamic Service Design team, using your expertise to shape and improve our service design offerings.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Engaging in empathetic research to understand user needs, employing tools like user personas and empathy maps.
- Developing innovative service design concepts and prototypes to elevate the overall user experience, using methods like ideation and prototyping.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to define clear service design briefs and objectives.
- Leading co-creation workshops and design sprints, employing techniques like brainstorming, journey mapping, and rapid prototyping.
- Crafting detailed service blueprints and customer journey maps to visualize and communicate service designs.
- Working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective implementation of service design strategies.
- Keeping up-to-date with the latest trends in service design thinking and methodologies.
Your Background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Service Design, Human-Centered Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in service design, customer experience design, or a related area.
- A strong understanding of service design principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of storytelling and visual communication.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Fluency in Arabic is a plus.
