- At least 5 years of professional experience in the IT industry with an extensive experience in Service, Delivery and Partner management
- Strong knowledge of ITIL, Agile concepts and process management
- Outstanding communication skills, a strong B2/C1 level German and English

- Superior organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects with shifting deadlines

- Experience in managing service-level agreements (SLAs) to ensure services are delivered according to contractual commitments.
- Previous experience working with contract regulations, managing confidential information, invoicing
- Previous experience in budgeting, forecasting, and managing costs related to IT services.
- Ability to ensure that IT service expenditures provide optimal value to the organization.
- Previous experience in managing and leading a team of IT professionals, including providing direction, support, and training.
- Ability to foster a collaborative team environment and promote continuous learning and improvement.
- Previous experience in managing relationships with vendors and third-party service providers.
- Strong negotiation skills and experience in managing contracts to ensure the organization receives the best value.
- Operational experience and architecture knowledge is an advantage
- Experience in transitioning and transforming new initiatives is an advantage
