Are you interested in furthering your career in SCCM and Server Support?
We are looking for a customer focused and knowledgeable Senior Server Consultant for our Calgary branch to work on our client's site's SCCM infrastructure management. You will make a meaningful impact as a member of a team focused on client delivery. You will be a trusted advisor who will provide technical guidance, mentorship and support to the Long View client.
A Day in the Life:
- Consulting on SCCM infrastructure including management, discovery, best practice, and incident resolution
- Application packaging for deployment through SCCM
- Creating clear technical documentation as required
- Provide guidance to our client on-site and remotely, supporting their SSCM infrastructure
What You Bring:
- 5+ years' experience with SCCM Management, Discovery, Best Practices, and Incident Resolution.
- Consulting - Customer-oriented mindset with ability to adapt to client environments.
- Reporting and scripting, Power platform, server infrastructure
- Application packaging for deployment through SCCM.
- SCCM underlying infrastructure and application.
- Ability to produce effective documentation, implementation plans, problem resolution and incident workarounds.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
