The ideal candidate will be responsible for understanding the goals of our clients and be able to oversee project strategy to project completion. By knowing emerging technologies in the area, this candidate will be able to create cross-channel deliverables for clients that meet their needs.

We are looking for a Senior SEO Copywriter to join our growing and award-winning team to work on some of the region's most exciting brands, who is a powerhouse thinker with exceptional writing skills, an inspirational leader, and a delight to work with.

Job Responsibilities

• Research industry-related topics and identify gaps in our content
• Write original copy for ads and social networks
• Edit and fact-check pieces of content generated by colleagues (e.g. Junior Copywriters)
• Use SEO practices to optimize articles and increase visibility
• Liaise with Designers to enrich the text with visual aids, like images and charts
• Create and oversee reports on content (e.g. weekly or monthly)
• Monitor metrics related to our content, like web traffic and conversion rates
• Draft blog posts and user resource content
• Ensure brand guidelines on tone and voice are faithfully realized
• Manage workflow and deadlines for multiple Clients

Skills required:

• Min 5 years of strong work experience in a creative agency
• Mastery in developing copy for large cross-channel and/or direct-marketing initiatives across media, both online and off
• Communication skills that leave no room for questions or angst – you’re straightforward, you’re candid and, above all, you’re thoughtful
• Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail
• Hands-on experience with Content Management Systems (e.g. WordPress)
• keyword search knowledge
• Knowledge of SEO and how it applies to content marketing
