Two Six Technologies is growing and we are looking for a Senior Security Manager to join our Security team. You will play a key role in administering and overseeing the Security programs at our new Laurel, MD facility to include implementing policies and programs to ensure government compliance and managing DOD collateral and SCI security programs.
The position works from our Laurel, MD office.
What you will do:
- Perform the duties of Senior Security Manager in support of our DOD and Intelligence Community (IC) customers.
- Utilize your knowledge and experience supporting personnel, information and physical security while establishing site procedures and successfully carrying out the mission.
- Provide oversight of the new construction project throughout the build-out process and work with our Government customers to obtain sponsor accreditation and tempest approval. Be familiar with the process of submitting Fixed Facility Checklists, Construction Security Plans and Tempest Checklists.
- Ensure the implementation of security measures and the safeguarding of personnel, facilities, and information through the implementation of security procedures in compliance with the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM) Rule, Intelligence Community Directives (ICDs), Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs), Joint Air Force Army, Navy (JAFAN), applicable executive orders, laws, and contractual requirements.
- Process and maintain employee clearances, access, visit certifications, badges, document control, briefings, debriefing, security database records, and on-boarding.
- Coordinate and monitor highly sensitive aspects of the DoD and other special security programs, ensuring compliance with government and company security policies and procedures.
- Provide agency-level technical expertise concerning physical security, industrial security and contractor clearance processes. Be responsible for administering and overseeing the DOD collateral security program at our corporate facility to include ensuring DCSA compliance of multiple cage codes
- Ensure personnel security records are accurate and clearances are maintained. Provide back up support to our security clearance database team
- Conduct annual self-inspections and prepare for successful security inspections and audits by DCSA
- Maintain document control to include classified storage, classified mail and handling, and audits of documents
- Facilitate classified meetings, ensuring VARs have been received and conference rooms are prepped for meetings
What you will need:
- 5+ years of related Security Management work experience with the IC and other USG agencies
- FSO Certificate for Possessing Facilities
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience
- Knowledge in construction of, obtaining accreditation of, and management of SCIFs/SAPFs across various government agencies
- Working knowledge of Intelligence Community Directives (ICD’s) and the ability to integrate the ICD requirements into a successful security program
- Solid knowledge of 32 CFAR part 117 NISPOM rule
- Solid experience using e-QIP, NISS and DISS
Security Clearance needed:
- Active Top Secret Clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI
