You work closely with our US team of advertisers to align on strategy, and the sales team to keep your finger on the pulse when it comes to incoming traffic. We are seeking an experienced Paid Media Specialist (32 to 40 hours a week) to lead the delivery of impactful campaigns across multiple European countries. Leveraging your expertise, you will play a key role in our EU expansion plans, ensuring successful campaign execution and brand engagement.

On an average day, you'll…

  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies tailored to various European markets.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align advertising efforts with overall business objectives.
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign delivery, from ideation to implementation, ensuring seamless execution across multiple countries.
  • Manage advertising budgets, optimize campaigns for performance, and provide strategic insights.
  • Collaborate with team members to understand cultural nuances and tailor campaigns accordingly.
  • Implement robust tracking mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of digital campaigns.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for optimization.
  • Manage EU Search Engine Marketing (SEM) activities, including Google AdWords, Bing Ads and Social Media Advertising channels and its corresponding budget as part of our growing digital marketing team.
  • Implement new initiatives by creating new display, search and shopping campaigns and optimizing existing ones, in collaboration with the global marketing team. Support set up and optimization of landing pages.
  • Research, advise and implement new opportunities in markets, target groups and keywords, and collaborate with SEO Content Writers to align paid and non-paid SEM activities
  • Be responsible for increasing revenue by digital campaigns, inbound marketing growth and have experience using CRM tools, (ie. Hubspot) for analysis. You work with monthly targets that will result in our annual growth.
  • Ensure an increase in ROI of digital advertising channels within our e-commerce and B2B lead generation activities.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years demonstrated experience with digital advertising with accompanying success stories.
  • Working knowledge of and experience with Google Ads (search, shopping, display, discovery, performance max and YouTube campaigns), Google Analytics and Google Search Console. Knowledge of SEMRush is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in English; additional fluency in Dutch, German, Italian, or French is a plus.

Your strategic approach and cross-border collaboration will contribute significantly to increasing brand visibility, engagement, and market share across multiple European countries.

  • You are able to dive deep into the data, as well as to recognize trends at a global level and communicate them concisely.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering digital marketing campaigns across multiple European countries.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with cultural nuances and advertising regulations in European markets

​The salary range for this role is 3200- 4500 euro per month. We determine final compensation based on conversations with applicants and their experience in similar roles.
