We are searching for a new Senior Application Support Analyst to join our global Business Systems team, with extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
In this role your will provide tier 2/3 Support global SAP-SuccessFactors application by resolving production support tickets, addressing logged issues, managing users and coordinating escalations as necessary
Key Responsibilities;
- Identify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilience
- Create and manage all aspects of users’ application security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactors
- Prepare and execute manual data migrations as requested
- Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.
- Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems
- Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment
- Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities
- Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management processCreate and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics , including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.
- Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications such as Saleforce, NetSuite, Varicent, ZenDesk, Totango, SmartRecruiters and more
- Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, development team and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction
- Occasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets
- Advanced knowledge of SAP-SuccessFactors Administrator credentials
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, ticketing systems including Freshworks, and Jira
- Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferred
- Prior experience with business additional applications: Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi is a plus
- Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency

- Must be self-motivated and pro-active
- Comfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projects
- Comfortable working with Large organization with global footprint would be a plus.
- Prior experience with Agile methodology
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration or Information Systems preferred
