We are currently seeking a full-time Sr. SAP S/4 HANA FUNCTIONAL Analyst to focus on finetuning our WMS and Logistics business and systems processes.
Essential Responsibilities are:
• Assess business processes and identify inefficiencies and risks to propose cost-effective solutions for process and system design.
• Plant setup, modification and WMS design change implementation with the business.
• Create functional specifications and work independently to develop and deliver the technical objects.
• Review and contribute to design documents, configuration documents and functional specifications.
• Conduct unit and Integration testing and regression testing.
• Develop production processes and all associated business systems functions with minimal AMS support.
• Work with business teams as a functional transaction expert to optimize and streamline business processes and technical solutions.
• Identify gaps in business processes and help prioritize improvements using Business Capability Matrix (BCM).
• Manage and facilitate business user meetings to gather process information for sound system solutions.
• Help business teams with reporting requirements and report creation.
• Conduct QA validations and drive User Acceptance Testing (UAT) tests.
• Support, assist and train the users on new modified system configurations highlighting the impact on business processes.
• Maintain IT Business system integrity and application notes, system upgrades, changes, and user updates.
• Work closely with onsite team, AMS team, business process owners to ensure the release of high-quality solutions.
• Examine impact of changes to the corporate application landscape.
