A hybrid work model requires 1 or 2 days a week in the office.
In Business Services & Automation area we focus on automation of processes used by Allegro employees (e.g., we develop chatbots, mailbots, robotics) and we care about their satisfaction with IT services and tools.
We use state-of-the-art and proven technologies supporting back office processes (e.g. Salesforce, Google Workspace, SAP, Cognos, Genesys, Smartrecruiters, Slack, Zoom, UiPath, ServiceNow). We manage workstations, printers and mobile devices and are the first line of IT support.
Our department has over 100 professionals and engineers in six teams: IT Support, Digital Workplace, CX tech, Commerce tech, HR tech, Finance tech.
We are looking for people who:
Have a minimum of 7-10 years of experience working with SAP FICO modules with a focus on FI
Have proven experience in designing, implementing, and supporting SAP FICO solutions ( (rollouts and configuration) .
Have strong understanding of accounting and controlling processes
Have excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex business requirements
Have experience in leading roles in complex projects.
Have strong can do attitude
Are team players
English at least on B2 level
The following are also a plus:
Nice to have experience in integrations with SD or Procurement
Experience with SAP S/4HANA / or rollout to S/4 Hana
In your daily work you will handle the following tasks:
Design and implement SAP FICO solutions that meet business requirements.
Provide expert guidance and support.
Analyze and optimize business processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
Close cooperation with business/key users
Conduct system testing and validation to ensure successful deployments.
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SAP FICO functionalities.
Maintain thorough documentation of processes, configurations, and customizations.
