Job Summary
Together with your team, you will drive the implementation of complex IT projects. You help our clients align their business models with automated processes for maximum customer satisfaction. As a backend developer, you lay the foundation for the functionality of digital solutions. Our focus is on Java, C # & APEX, Spring, and JavaScript.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyse the technical and business requirements of the client for feasibility and develop complex IT software solutions with your colleagues.
- As a Salesforce Software Developer, you are part of an agile developer team, and you will bring your skills and knowledge to the design, development, and support of Salesforce projects.
- As a member of a Scrum team, you take responsibility for User Stories, provide effort estimates for customer requirements, and actively participate in Sprint Plannings, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- In software development, you enjoy exploring new paths and questioning established practices. We happily provide you with the necessary freedom to do so.
Person Specification
- A team player.
- Passion for software development in the Salesforce backend (APEX, Webservices, Integrations).
- Proficient with databases (SQL and Entity Relationship Modelling) and familiar with frontend technologies (JavaScript, HTML5, CSS).
- Experience working with Git and Agile project methodologies (Scrum) is desirable or advantageous.
- A strong affinity for business topics.
- Ideally, with an expert knowledge in Salesforce or acquired Salesforce certifications.
