As Navan’s Senior Salesforce CPQ System Administrator, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and implementing all CPQ related projects at Navan. You will leverage your technical expertise to create scalable and efficient solutions that drive organizational success. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
What You’ll Do:
- Work with business, specifically deal desk and finance, to groom stories and gather requirements for quote to cash processes
- Follow SOX guidelines while build out approval rules, updating approvers, and building out quoting permissions
- Builds scalable processes the allow the business to grow and run efficiently
- Work independently and manage end-to-end tasks.
- Work closely with cross IT teams to define and integrate with internal & external applications.
- Explore and implement data quality improvement methodologies.
- Document procedures and best practices for SFDC CPQ
- Troubleshoot complex production issues.
- Stays current with CPQ best practices and processes
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or similar required and 12+ years of applicable experience OR demonstrable equivalent experience
- SFDC architect certification
- Strong SFDC CPQ background, minimum of 5 years working exclusively in Pricing area.
- Must demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of CPQ
- Must demonstrate ability to perform code reviews & oversight of developers.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
