We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with strong expertise in Lead-to-Opportunity (L2O) process to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in optimizing and maintaining our Salesforce platform ensuring it aligns with the business needs and drives efficiency across the sales and marketing teams. Any previous experience with CPQ is a plus. Additionally, you will partner with teams across Emburse to support our entire customer lifecycle.
What you'll do:
- Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, customization of objects, fields, record types, page layouts, and validations
- Implement and maintain complex workflows, process builders, and automation to streamline business processes
- Design and optimize the Lead-to-Opportunity process, ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce
- Manage the lead lifecycle, including lead assignment rules, conversion processes, and opportunity management
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to enhance lead generation, tracking, and conversion efforts
- Monitor key metrics related to the Lead-to-Opportunity process and recommend improvements based on data-driven analysis
- Provide ongoing training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are proficient in using the platform to its full potential
- Troubleshoot and resolve user issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, IT, and Operations, to understand business needs and translate them into Salesforce solutions
- Serve as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of Salesforce capabilities and limitations
- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases, best practices, and new features to continuously improve the platform’s effectiveness
- Make recommendations for improvements to systems and processes to make processes and workflows more efficient and automated
- Lead and manage Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.

What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree
- 7+ years’ experience with Sales Cloud and declarative solutions required
- Ability to work independently, perform impact analysis, and participate in basic DevOps deployment processes
- Experience building solutions in Lightning Experience
- Experience supporting integrations with a marketing automation platform and other operational tools supporting post-sales initiatives
- Highly detail-oriented with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in the use of Salesforce Data Loader, Workbench, and Excel to support data analysis & quality initiatives
- Outstanding testing skills with the ability to identify & execute appropriate depth of testing, including negative tests and integrated test scenarios
- Skilled in providing end-user support and the ability to create technical documentation
- Ability to prioritize work according to business needs and independently manage tasks to completion
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with team members, leadership, and business partners
- Passion for delivering quality solutions, data integrity, and operational stability
- Collaborative team player
- Familiarity with MarTech integrations (Marketo, Demandbase, LeanData, etc) preferred
- Familiarity with Salesforce CPQ preferred
