As a Salesforce Administrator at Orfium, you will be pivotal in configuring, customizing, and maintaining our Salesforce platform to support our business processes and drive operational excellence. You will continually improve and enhance our Salesforce platform, gathering requirements and feedback, designing scalable best practice solutions, and managing the product roadmap. Additionally, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, implement automation, and ensure data integrity, all while providing exceptional user support.
Requirements
- 5+ years' of hands-on experience in Salesforce Administration would be ideal
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge
- Certified Salesforce Administrator (preferred)
- Experience in managing a Salesforce organization with >50 users
- Project Management Skills
- Experience in working directly with business stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical needs
- Salesforce customization through logic configuration
- Excellent knowledge of automation building using Flow Builder
- Experience with data management and data quality best practices
- Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Candidate should be based in Sri Lanka
