The Senior SFDC Administrator will play a key role in supporting and optimising Docebo’s Salesforce ecosystem. This role involves designing and developing robust Salesforce solutions, managing system configurations, and providing end-user support while also covering Business Analyst responsibilities. Working closely with cross-functional teams, this position ensures that our revenue engine runs smoothly, supporting business growth and operational efficiency.
Success in this role requires a strong foundation in Salesforce administration. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Effective communication and collaboration skills are essential for working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Finance, Revenue Operations, and Customer Success. A background in SaaS and experience supporting sales and finance teams will also be valuable.
Responsibilities (including but not limited to):
Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions, leveraging declarative tools such as Fields, Objects, Page Layouts, Flows, Workflows, Validation Rules, and Permission Sets
Configure and maintain the Salesforce platform, including security settings, custom fields, page layouts, and Lightning pages
Support data integrity and issue resolution by identifying root causes and implementing prompt fixes
Provide end-user support through ticket resolution, training, and documentation
Perform data import/export tasks within Salesforce, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Administer Salesforce CPQ updates, including price books, product configurations, discount schedules, approval rules, and customer-facing templates
Develop a deep understanding of Docebo’s business processes and their interaction with Salesforce-related applications
Collaborate with project teams to gather business and functional requirements, defining and prioritising needs
Translate business needs into system requirements via user stories and acceptance criteria
Document requirements for system configuration, testing, and deployment
Recommend and implement best practices to optimise Salesforce performance
Utilise tools such as Confluence and Jira to manage project tasks and communication
Requirements:
Typically 3+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience, specifically with Sales Cloud
Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, workflows, and integrations
Experience supporting Salesforce CPQ is a plus, but not mandatory
Knowledge of Salesforce Billing is a plus
Proficiency in SOQL for debugging and data issue resolution
Hands-on experience with Salesforce declarative tools, such as Lightning Flows
Experience with data migration and import tools (Data Loader, Data Import Wizard)
Familiarity with installing and configuring managed packages from Salesforce Partners
Proven ability to manage multiple customisation projects from design to deployment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work with cross-functional teams
Experience in Quote-to-Cash processes from both a systems and business perspective
Background in SaaS, with experience supporting sales and finance teams
Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively to meet deadlines
