About the role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall administration, support, and continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform. This role involves collaboration with various business units to ensure that Salesforce meets their needs and drives operational efficiency.
Salesforce Administration:
Manage and maintain the Salesforce platform, including user setup, roles, profiles, permissions, and data security.
Oversee daily system maintenance, monitor performance, and resolve any technical issues promptly.
Customization and Configuration:
Customize Salesforce fields, page layouts, record types, workflows, and validation rules to meet business requirements.
Develop and manage complex reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Data Management:
Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular data audits and implementing best practices for data management.
Perform data imports, exports, and updates using tools like Data Loader or similar.
Process Improvement:
Identify, design, and implement process improvements and automation solutions to enhance business workflows.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
Training and Support:
Provide training and support to Salesforce users, ensuring they are proficient in utilizing the platform.
Develop and maintain training materials with supporting documentation to support end-users and administrators.
System Integration:
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and other enterprise systems.
Work with third-party vendors and consultants to implement and manage integrations.
Project Management:
Lead Salesforce-related projects, including system upgrades, new feature implementations, and third-party applications.
Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
Compliance and Governance:
Ensure Salesforce implementation complies with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage Salesforce licensing and ensure proper usage.
