The Job Role:
As Sales Ops Senior Salesforce Admin for Acolad, you will be the point of contact for local sales teams (located across the globe) for any support topic related to our Sales Stack (Salesforce in particular) and sales processes.
· Take the lead in analyzing, designing, and implementing Salesforce solutions to meet business needs
· Manage and administer the Salesforce platform, including user management, security settings, and data management
· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand and document business requirements for Salesforce customization and development
· Ensure the proper functioning of Salesforce integrations with other business systems
· Provide ongoing support and training for Salesforce users
· Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion
· Oversee Jira operations and assist in the configuration, customization, and troubleshooting of Jira instances
Job Specific:
· Proven experience in Salesforce administration and customization
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
· Strong project management skills
· Experience with Jira and project management tools
· Salesforce Administrator and/or Advanced Administrator certification
Requirements
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience.
