- Manage and lead the Key & Corporate Account Management team who is passionate about digital media and advertising sales for recruitment-related business.
- Deliver strong growth for individual and team sales numbers in a profitable and balanced manner.
- Mentor and train the sales team, ensuring accountability for achieving monthly targets for revenue and market share.
- Ensure your teams manage their customer accounts effectively and maintain regular contact with all customers.
- Provide excellent customer service, making it the cornerstone of the customer’s Jobstreet experience.
- Boost team performance by offering vital training and mentorship.
- Supervise and track team progress, providing mentorship and support to help them achieve their important metrics.
- Ensure compliance of your teams with JobStreet’s policies.
- Retain staff over time, ensuring a stable and motivated sales team.
Skills, Experience and Competencies
The successful candidate will have:
- At least 8 year(s) of proven experience in advertising/ digital media sales/ FMCG or related industry.
- At least 3 years of key account management experience with proven sales track record
- Able to work independently with strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to mentor, train and lead strong Corporate & Key Account Managers.
- Good team and leadership skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
