- Manage and lead sales team which focuses on digital media and advertising sales for recruitment related business
- Deliver strong growth for individual and team sales numbers in a profitable and balanced manner
- Mentor and train the sales team. This includes being accountable for ensuring that your teams achieve their monthly targets for revenue and market Share.
- Ensure your teams manage their customer accounts effectively and thoroughly, ensuring that they maintain regular contact with all of their customers.
- Ensure the team provide excellent customer service and make it the cornerstone of the customer’s JobStreet experience.
- Secure the team performing optimally and provide vital training and mentor where required.
- Supervise and track team progress Reports and provide the vital mentorship, coaching or training in order to ensure that they achieve their KPIs.
- You shall be measured on the compliance of your teams to JobStreet’s policy and the retention of your staff over time.
- At least 8 year(s) of proven experience in advertising/ digital media sales
- At least 3 years of corporate sales management experience with proven sales track record
- Able to work independently with strong commercial, presentation and negotiation skills
- Able to mentor, train and manage a sales team
- Good team and leadership skills
- Demonstrate strong analytical skills to derive insights from related market data
