We are seeking an experienced Life & Health Insurance Sales Professional with a track record in software sales and a proven ability to close deals. This role is pivotal to our strategy, focusing on generating substantial growth in the Global Life & Health sector. Following a successful launch, you'll play a crucial role in expanding our reach and driving new business.
Based in the UK with remote flexibility, you’ll occasionally visit our London office to collaborate with the team and key stakeholders.
You will build on the success generated in 2023/24 and leverage the unique INSTANDA platform and specific propositions developed for the Life & Health sectors. Your specific responsibilities will include:
Drive Revenue Growth: Leverage INSTANDA’s platform and solutions specifically designed for Life & Health sectors to develop and close a strong sales pipeline. You’ll own the entire sales process, from lead generation through to contract negotiation.
Execute Sales Strategies: Develop and implement robust sales methodologies to efficiently convert opportunities into revenue. This includes accurate forecasting and strategic planning at each stage of the sales cycle.
Network Development: Build and nurture relationships within the life and health insurance sectors, utilizing both your own and our extensive partner networks to expand the opportunity landscape.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with technical pre-sales, solutions, and delivery teams to ensure that client needs are met and exceeded throughout the sales process.
Negotiate & Close: Lead contract negotiations with prospective clients, working closely with internal stakeholders to secure deals that align with INSTANDA’s objectives.
Monitor Sales Performance: Regularly assess sales outcomes against targets, adjusting strategies to maximize revenue and mitigate risks.
Expand Partnership Channels: Identify and cultivate new partners, introducers, and resellers to increase market penetration and open additional sales channels
