Join SADA as a Sr. Sales Finance Analyst!

Your Mission As a Senior Sales Finance Analyst at SADA, your primary duties will include the following:

  • Monthly commission calculations for both internal sales teams and external partners
  • Manage a custom-designed commission module in NetSuite and commissions platform Spiff.com
  • Build and maintain new compensation plans in Spiff.com
  • 3+ years relevant work experience in FP&A and/or commission analysis BA/BS degree or equivalent degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Statistics or related quantitative field 

Required Qualifications: 

  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail
  • Ability to meet deadlines under pressure
  • Experience working with large datasets, automation, or business intelligence skills
  • Strong analytical skills; ability to coordinate diverse information, identify relevant data, recommend and implement corrective actions
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel
  • Solid interpersonal and communication skills; ability to communicate effectively across all organizational levels and all functional areas, understanding and presenting the viewpoints of others

Useful Qualifications:

  • Experience in commissions and sales compensation
  • Familiarity with commissions system software, ideally Spiff.com
  • Proficient knowledge of data query/data management tools 
  • Experience with NetSuite Familiarity with basic accounting skills such as journal entries and account reconciliations
  • Ability to master new systems and applications quickly
