What You’ll Do:
Sales strategy: Developing and executing sales plans and strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth
Sales team: Managing a small sales team, including hiring, training, and performance management
Sales budget: Creating and overseeing the sales department budget
Sales forecasts: Producing sales forecasts and reports
Market research: Researching the market and competitors
Customer relationships: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders
Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals
Define and oversee sales staff compensation and incentive programs that motivate the sales team to achieve their sales targets
Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction
Compile information and data related to customer and prospect interactions
Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions
Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities
Travel for in-person meetings with customers and partners and to develop key relationships
Technology alignment: Ensuring that technology initiatives align with the company's strategic goals
What You Will Need:
10+ years of experience in martech/ad tech sales
Empathy for both internal stakeholders and customers
Bias for action with the ability to adapt and move quickly
Excellent time management and project management skills
Experience in designing your own slides, one-sheets, or presentations
A deep understanding of ad tech, marketing tech, video management, media and/or TV.
A deep love for problem-solving & pattern recognition
Must be a strong communicator, comfortable in front of large, senior groups, and a solid writer.

The base pay range for this position is $160,000-200,000 per year. The determination of what a specific employee in this job classification is paid and titled depends on a number of factors, including, but not limited to, prior employment history/job-related knowledge, qualifications and skills, length of service, and geographic location.
This position is eligible for quarterly bonuses based on specified benchmarks, in accordance with all applicable bonus terms and conditions
