As we continue to grow, an opportunity has arisen for a Sales and Enablement Specialist in the APAC region for SC Connect - the SafetyCulture asset management and IoT solution. We are looking for talented, self-motivated people that value collaboration, growth and learning to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious, customer centric and driven individual to work across all go-to-market functions within SafetyCulture.

As Senior Sales Development Representative you will drive product sales by building relationships with members of the sales team and key product partners, and identifying product opportunities for customers in key industry verticals. You will also assist in landing new business by providing valuable insights and helping customers find ROI by utilizing the SafetyCulture asset management and IoT solutions.

With a deep understanding of the capabilities of the product, you will solve customer problems, maximizing the value extracted by businesses. Internally you are the product sales expert, finding solutions to complex problems for the sales & customer support team, and helping customers drive adoption within their organizations. 

What will I be doing?

  • Product Expertise: Serve as the internal product expert, possessing an in-depth understanding of the SC Connect solution to effectively communicate and highlight its features that address customer needs. You will inform product development based on customer feedback. 
  • Identifying and Collaborating on Growth Opportunities: Collaborate with the expansion business team to identify growth opportunities across customers in key industry verticals, contributing to the company's expansion and revenue goals.
  • Insightful Support and Onboarding: Offer valuable insights and expertise to the sales team, aiding in showcasing the ROI potential of the SafetyCulture asset management solution to potential customers. You will also be able to take new customers through the onboarding journey, educating account administrators on the way SafetyCulture can be deployed across their organization. This will involve configuring the customer account to reflect the needs of each individual business.  
  • Drive Adoption: Assist customers in driving adoption of the SafetyCulture solution within their organizations by providing guidance, strategies, and support.
  • Problem Solving: Find solutions to complex problems for the sales and customer success teams, ensuring support is available for the sales and CS teams. 
  • Relationship Building and Deal Support: Develop and nurture strong relationships with members of the sales team to facilitate effective collaboration and support in landing new business & expansion deals.

What do I need?

  • Self-motivated and performance driven individualExperience working in a customer facing role ideally in a tech or SaaS environment.
  • Resilient, tenacious and persistent in natureClear and concise communication skills
  • Persuasion and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate up and down an organization
  • Passionate about building lasting relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to actively listen, understand customer pain points and take action
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced organization & easily adapt to changes in roles and responsibilities

  • Nice to have
  • Experience working in customer success, account management or sales
  • Proficiency in Salesforce,  Microsoft Office (ie. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), iOS/Android mobile devices and IP Dialler (ie. RingCentral)
