Key Responsibilities
Sales and executions:
- Proven track record in sales and ability to build a pipeline and move leads through stages in order to close and hit targets
- Commercially competent and able to communicate Careem’s value proposition
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to implement and execute goals based on sales strategies
- Creative and data driven selling approach in order to pitch, negotiate and hit targets
- Effective pipeline management, grasp of conversion rates, sales cycles
Organization and Professionalism:
- Highly meticulous and organized with tracking of day to day progress and updates
- Ambassador of Careem to potential partners
- Bring momentum, energy and high work rate consistently
Qualification & Expertise:
- 2–3 years of proven experience in food sales.
- Strong track record of success in direct sales.
- Background in F&B or food technology will be preferred.
- Adept in sales both in-person and via phone, with a demonstrated ability to build relationships and close deals.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office (presentations, spreadsheets, email, etc.).
- Experience in using CRM tools for sales management.
