This role is based in Czechia. We are only able to accept applications for those based in Czechia and have sponsorship to live and work in Czechia.

The Senior Risk and Compliance Specialist will be a key member of the Enterprise Risk and Compliance team, and help create, administer, and enforce organization policies, procedures, and controls.  The Specialist will be responsible for planning, executing on and leading in the management of Compliance program objectives for assigned areas and applicable regulations. The Specialist will offer subject matter expertise and administer training regarding assigned areas to leadership and throughout the organization. The Specialist will proactively integrate industry best practices to innovate and improve compliance programs.

 

What you can expect to do in this role:

  • Identify, plan, and lead execution of Compliance program objectives for assigned areas and applicable regulations in collaboration with manager.
  • Conduct and coordinate risk assessments, including critical systems and processes, to identify key risks and recommend mitigation approaches.
  • Build and maintain risk management tools, practices, and policies to ensure that Jamf’s risk and compliance programs align with strategic imperatives of the organization and relevant requirements.
  • Leads project teams through concept, planning, execution, and implementation phases for compliance related projects and effective and timely risk remediation plans.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and various risk management teams with a strong understanding of Jamf’s business model and related challenges, processes, systems, and underlying controls.
  • Create reporting and visualization for metrics to drive risk decision making.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external auditors throughout compliance engagements.
  • Create, maintain, and effectively implement employee compliance training programs as requested.
  • Create and maintain process documentation as required.
  • Proactively integrates industry best practices to innovate and improve compliance programs.
  • Engage and collaborate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve issues and complete projects.
  • Acts as a coach and mentor for members of the Risk & Compliance team.
  • Perform other duties as required and complete all job functions as per departmental policies and procedures.

 

What we are looking for:

Required skills and experience:

  • Minimum of 4 years of risk management, compliance, audit, or related experience 
  • Minimum of 2 years experience developing and executing compliance and/or risk management processes, procedures and standards 
  • Understanding of internal control concepts and experience in applying them to plan, perform, manage, and report on the evaluation of various compliance, security, and business processes 
  • High School Diploma / GED Equivalent

 

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of and experience with security assurance and trust frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001) 
  • 4 years /Bachelor’s Degree 
  • CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT or other industry relevant certification
