We’re recruiting for a Senior Reward Specialist - Executive Remuneration to join us. In this role you will provide support on all aspects of executive remuneration, design and oversight of share plans and regulatory reward compliance through involvement in planning for the annual Group Remuneration Committee and executive pay review cycles, ensuring the preparation of high-quality papers in a timely manner. You will prepare materials to support the review of remuneration for the General Management Committee (GMC) and other senior leaders as appropriate.
You will play a key role in ensuring compliance with all relevant remuneration rules and regulations including the maintenance of records of Identified Staff/ Code Staff across the Group and ensuring that remuneration policies and structures comply with regulations.
What you'll be doing:
Support the Head of Executive Remuneration in research and analysis on executive remuneration policies and practice and the preparation of papers for the Group Remuneration Committee
Planning for annual meeting cycle for the Group Remuneration Committee, including building and maintaining a timetable of activities required throughout the year and dates for meetings with key stakeholders ahead of Committee meetings
Planning and administration of the annual executive remuneration pay review cycle, including the development and maintenance of templates and tools for benchmarking, bonus calculation and reporting to the Group Remuneration Committee
Maintenance of records for roles subject to relevant remuneration rules and regulations, in particular Solvency II Identified Staff and FCA Code Staff, working closely with the Personal Responsibility Office (PRO) to ensure that records reman accurate and up to date
Monitoring of variable remuneration arrangements for employees subject to remuneration rules, and monitoring annual variable remuneration awards for compliance with the necessary pay out principles
Support the Head of Executive Remuneration in the design and oversight of share plans, liaising with Group Legal and the share plan administration team to ensure that share plan rules and award documentation remain up to date
