We are looking for a successful, experienced, data-driven individual to join our Revenue Operations team as a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst. You will work with the Go To Market Operations and Business Intelligence team to optimize our revenue generation activities across sales, marketing, and customer success functions. You will lead initiatives to identify and implement process improvements, build robust reporting dashboards, and guide cross-functional teams towards achieving key revenue targets, ensuring operational excellence and scalable growth within the organization.
We are looking for a process oriented, analytical yet empathic individual who loves to bring order to a growing sales organization. The Senior Revenue Operations Analyst lives to see results from improving and maintaining the processes put into place as well as the results from your support and guidance of current and new sales team members. This position possesses a strong understanding of business and sales processes, and has a drive to make things more efficient and repeatable.
This position reports to the Senior Manager, Sales Operations and works closely with our sales, marketing, accounting, and customer success teams. Through your attention to detail, process oriented approach and drive to make things work efficiently, you will help accomplish Red Canary’s goal to become the cornerstone security operations partner to enterprise and sophisticated teams.
What You'll Do
- Advises and guides by providing sales leadership with data, recommendations, and plans of action on areas big and small within their business. Be viewed as a trusted advisor on operational items, business strategy. Be a reliable operator to put the strategy into action and ensure successful programs are systematized, launched, and adopted
- Is a change agent who proactively identifies areas for improvement and partners with various teams to impact the process, technology, and people required to make change. Launch, reinforce, analyze, and iterate on changes to ensure their success.
- Works in whitespace, navigating nebulous problems without a specific solution or course of action predefined. Use data, best practices, and collaboration with others to scope the problem, identify possible solutions, and gain consensus on the right option.
- Can mechanize and systematize through ensuring our data and systems support the needs of various parties (Operations, Leadership, Sales, and X-Functional Teams) on initiatives big and small. Partner with our Business Information Systems (BIS) team to implement or enhance new features in our SFDC. Simultaneously be equipped to balance the needs of today with future scale and growth.
- Documents and presents with the capability to build beautiful materials to launch new initiatives and enact change. Will document and communicate our current state and future changes and launches.
- Provides data-driven insights through analyzing complex sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to leadership to drive strategic decision-making. Can manipulate and transform massive data sets from disparate systems to drive insights and provide clarity.
- Leads process optimization through designing and implementing streamlined workflows, including lead handoff, opportunity management, and forecasting, ensuring data accuracy and alignment across teams.
- Provides reporting and analytics to develop comprehensive sales performance dashboards and reports to track key metrics, identify performance gaps, and measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
- Evaluates and recommends new sales technology solutions to optimize operations and enhance data visibility.
- Partner closely with marketing, customer success, channel, and business operations teams to align revenue goals, streamline processes, and drive overall customer experience.
What You'll Bring
- 6+ years of Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Management Consulting experience
- Strong proficiency in Salesforce, especially reports and dashboards
- Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint/Google Slides
- Experience with Clari, Spiff, Loopio a plus
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience partnering with Accounting, Finance, Legal, and Deal Desk to to make sure all requirements are met
- An active voice that is an advocate for changes to process, technology, and data to create more efficiency, more scale, and better outcomes and the ability to clearly communicate across multiple platforms
- A continuous improvement mentality, always seeking ways to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

Compensation Range: $122,080- $135,000 + bonus and equity
