We are looking for a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst – Partners to join our Global Partner Operations team, reporting to the senior director of Partner Operations. In this remote role, you will directly support and interact with Revenue Operations and global Partner leadership and interact regularly with IT and Business Systems teams. You will help the leaders by ensuring Partner Management teams have what they need to achieve their goals, which relies heavily on reporting and the ability of our Partners to interact with us. You will also collaborate with other cross-functional teams such as the broader Revenue Operations Team, Partner Marketing, IT, and more.
You are the ideal candidate if you are a detail-oriented and analytical professional who can manage complex processes and systems and deliver actionable recommendations. You are focused on data; you are efficient and have a passion for helping teams refine their day-to-day operations.
What you’ll do:
Collaborate with Infoblox Partner leaders to identify gaps in processes that impact revenue growth and company OKRs
Collaborate with Partner Management teams and join team meetings to understand their challenges, as well as deliver business insights and solutions
Act as the voice of the Partner teams for IT enhancements, ensuring we are optimizing our systems, and provide feedback on system challenges with proposed solutions
Become an expert on the performance, key metrics, and top initiatives
Lead initiatives to actively review and improve Partner analytics and dashboards
Collaborate with other Sales Operations team members to help improve and document processes
What you’ll bring:
7+ years of experience in a sales, sales operations, or business analytics in the high-tech industry
Solid understanding and passion for working with and supporting Sales teams
Proven track record of advanced data analysis and modeling skills in a complex and fast-moving environment
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to represent data insights and tell the story that makes the data easy to understand
Salesforce.com experience is required; Clari/Tableau experience is highly preferred
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
Strong intellectual curiosity and continually looking for ways to improve processes and systems to accomplish goals

Be successfully leading one project
Integrate into the team with an understanding of the Infoblox go-to-market (GTM) strategy and Partner leadership requirements
