We are strong believers in innovation through technology and research. In our research center situated in the heart of the Linz Institute of Technology (LIT) as well as in our Vienna and Hagenberg offices, engineers and researchers collaborate to build next generation technologies that help companies to run better, safer and more innovative software. Generative AI is one of the four research divisions of the lab.
Research Field
- Large language models, and other generative AI-based applications in the software intelligence domain: Data processing, training, evaluation, prompting
- Systems based on generative AI, like RAG or agent-based approaches
- Components used with generative AI, like vector databases and embeddings

- We offer attractive compensation packages and stock purchase options with numerous benefits and advantages.
- Due to legal reasons, we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary for this position, which is € 56,000 gross per year based on full-time employment. We offer a higher salary in line with qualifications and experience.
