Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate across teams to produce viable plans and schedules for various engineering workstreams. 
  • Coordinate across several teams (including PM, Engineering, Customer Success, etc.) to track release software changes and communicate status and changes to plans effectively.
  • Use appropriate RM Tools like PowerBI, Azure Dev Ops based Delivery Plans, Dashboards, and various tools to track and report on end-to-end delivery lifecycle of various engineering workstreams.
  • Ability to manage Azure Dev Ops based Azure DevOps Boards including Reporting, Work Items (WIT) management.
  • Familiarity with SQL and databases and/or high-level programming in Python/Java is highly preferred.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Release Coordination or a similar role in technical program management.
  • Exceptional organizational, project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Solid understanding of product/software development life cycle.
  • On job experience for TPM tooling (Azure Dev Ops Boards, Git, Reporting tools like PowerBI etc.)
  • Professional experience with ISO 9001 & QMS.

  • The base pay for this position is $170,000 to $210,000. The pay range reflects the minimum and maximum target. Pay is based on several factors including location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles are eligible for additional compensation such as incentive pay and stock options.
