As a Senior Build Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the establishment of game build continuous integration and providing efficient production solutions to help optimize game development and delivery for project teams, ensuring high-quality games. You will collaborate closely with programmers, designers, and testers from diverse cultural backgrounds from around the world, supporting the precise stages of project development, production, release, user feedback, and implementation improvements for renowned game brands like Ubisoft AAA.
What you will do
- Develop and maintain relevant build processes and toolchains based on project requirements to improve efficiency and stability.
- Develop and implement monitoring solutions for production environments and various build processes, promptly responding to and resolving issues to ensure the quality of production environments and processes.
- Lead the feasibility analysis, design, development, and maintenance of build processes, providing related documentation, workflows, and ensuring the quality of build process services
- Proactively understand the support needs and feedback of game projects, collaborate with projects to drive continuous improvement and enhancement of production processes and system tools, and provide solutions.
- Discuss and collaborate on build solutions with build expert across studios.
- Maintain timely communication on work progress to ensure delivery.

- 监控生产环境的各个构建流程，及时响应并解决问题，保持和项目高效同步。
- 负责版本构建流程的可行性分析，设计，开发和维护并且提供相关文档，建立工作流程，和确保构建流程服务的质量。
- 高度以服务为导向，以游戏项目为中心，主动了解项目的支持需求和反馈，与项目合作推动持续改进完善构建流程，提供解决方案。
- 从构建流程专业领域和国外工作室版本构建团队讨论解决方案，共同协作。
- 和上级，同事，项目及时交流工作进展，确保交付。
- Proficiency in C# development and at least 1 scripting language (Shell, Python, Groovy, Kotlin, Powershell or others).
- Proficiency in at least 1 source control management tools (such as Perforce, Git, SVN, or others).
- Proficiency in at least 1 continuous integration tools (such as Quick Build, Teamcity, Jenkins, or others) to build version continuous integration processes, and ability to implement solutions with configuration as code.
- Strong service mindset and team collaboration.
- Prior experience in game development is preferred.
- Good Chinese & English communication with co-workers.
