Senior Relationship Manager

Inventory Management

  • Oversee the entire inventory, ensuring timely clearance of cars that have passed their expiry date through alternate channels.

  • Ensure quick title transfer, photography, and listing of all purchased vehicles. 

Reporting

  •  Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on appointment numbers, viewing numbers, conversion rates, and delivery metrics.

Bank Relationships

  • Maintain strong relationships with partner banks, staying up-to-date with the latest financing information and interest rates. 

  • Ensure Carnab’s financing options are competitive.

  • Manage relationships with bank POCs to secure advantageous deals for Carnab customers.

Sales Management

  • Supervise Relationship Managers (salesmen) and efficiently assign viewings to maximize appointment outcomes.

  • Set and meet monthly targets, coordinating with the marketing department to achieve desired appointment and viewing numbers.

  • Ensure timely execution of marketing offers and promotions, aligning with the marketing calendar to avoid last-minute preparations.

  •  

    Quality Control

  • Conduct regular quality checks on all vehicle photos uploaded to the website, ensuring there are no issues.

  • Coordination and Communication

  • Coordinate with the marketing department regarding the number of appointments, types of ads, and offers being run.

  • Ensure the website remains clean and professional at all times. Bank Liaison

  •  Meet with bank representatives to ensure accuracy in the LPO value received by Carnab, addressing any discrepancies promptly.

  • Finance Coordination

  • Work with the finance department to ensure timely confirmation of customer payments and processing of refunds.

  • Operations Coordination

  • Coordinate with the operations team to ensure all cars pending photography or listing are brought to the Carnab Hub in a clean condition.

  • Implement and oversee processes to ensure cars are in good condition before customer viewings.

  • Report any car issues to operations for immediate resolution. 

  • Sourcing and Pricing Coordination

  • Collaborate with the sourcing and pricing manager to provide updates on current market demand for specific car models.

  • Inform the team of low-demand cars to adjust purchasing strategies accordingly. 

  • Market Dynamics

  • Stay updated with the dynamics of the used car automobile market to inform business strategies and decisions.

  • Dealer Relationships

  • Create, build, and maintain relationships with used car dealers across the UAE who may want to list their cars on Carnab.

  • Show Up Rate Management

  • Maintain a healthy show up rate by ensuring timely and accurate customer contact to encourage appointment bookings and viewing attendance.

  • Conversion Rate Management

  • Ensure and maintain a healthy conversion rate to enable efficient inventory refreshment for CarNab.

 

BS in Business Administration or equivalent experience from an accredited University

5 to 10 years of experience in Sales or Business Development
