Senior Recruitment Specialist

Salary: Up to £28,000 p/a plus uncapped commission

This is an exciting time to join the UK’s largest Private Healthcare Teleradiology company based in Hastings, East Sussex, who are expanding their Recruitment Team due to organic growth.

As a Senior Recruitment Specialist at Medica Group, you will play a crucial role in attracting, assessing, and selecting Radiologists in the UK and overseas to join our diverse and skilled reporting team.

The successful candidate will lead end-to-end recruitment processes, collaborate with the recruitment manager, and contribute to the development and implementation of recruitment strategies.
