The Role
- Responsible for attracting candidates for jobs and matching them to positions with client companies across, but not limited to China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Vietnam & more
- Build positive relationships with clients to gain better understanding of clients’ recruitment needs and requirements.

Attract candidates by drafting advertisement copy for use in a range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.
- Screen candidates, interview them, validate their experience, and match them to clients.
- Use candidate databases to match the right person to the client’s vacancy

Brief the candidate about the responsibilities, salary, and benefits of the job

Prepare suitable CVs and correspondence to forward to clients
- Diligent in updating the necessary reports needed on a regular basis
- Ensure that information in the CRM is always up to date
So, what we are looking for:
- You would have minimum 5 years experience in recruiting

You have high rejection tolerance and great in solution & creative thinking
- You are a detail researcher of talent
- You love networking with candidates and hirers to continue to grow your network
- You should have a good sense of numbers and able to type at a speed of 40 words per minute and love talking on the phone
- You have great time management in multi-tasking and managing additional projects while on a Sales target
- You are a fast learner, independent worker, and a joyful team member
- You are a Degree holder in any field.
